Annyeong Digital Nomads Korea community!
It’s been a while. We’ve been quiet in your inbox, but not quiet in real life.
Over the past few months, we’ve been opening a new house in Hongdae, planning new workations, working with more Korean cities, and slowly building the next version of DNK and Hoppin.
And now it’s July.
Korea in July has a reputation. Hot, yes. Humid, definitely. But also: rooftop bars filling up by 7pm, iced coffee from the convenience store you didn’t know you needed, late-night walks, and that specific summer energy that makes everyone a little more spontaneous than usual.
It’s a good time to be here. Here’s what’s happening this month, and a little bit of what’s coming next.

🌊 INCHEON WORKATION
Incheon Summer Workation | July 12–26
7 days. One day left to apply.
Next week, we’ll be there: working from the coast, exploring a city most people only pass through on their way to the airport, and doing the thing this community does best: showing up as strangers and leaving as something else.
Not the Incheon of transit lounges and duty-free shopping. The other one. The one with a waterfront you can actually walk, a Chinatown that's been there since 1883, local markets that open before you're ready, and a pace that feels like Seoul took a breath and decided to slow down.
Two weeks. Long enough to settle in. Short enough to keep things interesting.
Applications close tomorrow, so this is our last small reminder before we wrap it up..

🏠Hoppin House Seoul is open in Hongdae
Our new coliving space just opened in Hongdae.
Hongdae is the neighborhood with live music on street corners, independent cafés every thirty meters, late-night food, small bars, parks, and the kind of energy that makes you feel like you actually live in Seoul, not just visit it.
Hongdae is the neighborhood with live music on the street corners, independent cafés every thirty meters, and a specific energy that makes you feel like you actually live in Seoul, not just visiting. It's one of the few neighborhoods where a 3-month stay starts to feel like a real life.
For now, we’re offering: 50% off for stays of 3 months or longer. And additional 10% discount during Summer (July & August)
If you’re looking for a long stay in Seoul with like-minded community, join us.

đź—“ More Korea programs are coming soon
Incheon is not a one-time thing for us.
After the July workation, we’re preparing two more Korea programs: a 10-day workation route across Incheon, Busan, and Jeju in early to mid-September, and Incheon Nomad Fest in October.
For the September trip, we’ll travel through three cities together, cowork from some of Korea’s best workation spots, meet locals, and experience the best of each city in one compact Korea trip.

We’ll have more to share in the next newsletter: Jeju, Japan, and a few other things we’re not ready to announce yet.
As always, if you’re in Seoul this month, come find us.
